Healthier U is piloted as a two-year wellness program for California state employees, with Sierra Health Foundation serving as a founding partner of this early Center collaboration among labor, public, health care and philanthropic organizations. Healthier U models employee and employer-driven worksite cultures of health, critical in nonprofits and public service agencies, demonstrating how worksite health programs can bend the health care cost curve and build healthier workplace cultures.
