Sierra Health Foundation hires its first Evaluation Director, Leslie Cooksy – former President of the American Evaluation Association, furthering its commitment as a learning organization to reflection, sharing and applying knowledge, and strengthening programmatic work. The Learning and Evaluation team has since grown under the leadership of Managing Director Maurice Samuels to lead the Foundation and Center’s equity-focused, culturally responsive, community centered learning and evaluation practices.
